The exterior is laminated with a Thermal Plastic Urethane (TPU) film, adding another layer of strength and puncture resistance. The cooler has 1-inch of closed-cell foam insulation, preventing air from passing through it and improving the thermal range of the cooler. It’s innovative, easily accessible, roll-top closure makes for a watertight seal as well as an alternative method of carrying when buckled in its upright position. With its foam padded back support, ventilated mesh padded shoulder straps, and chest strap, the BP25 was designed for ultimate long-wearing comfort.
