The Clempton Custom Timber Bed Base with 2 Drawers on Front and 1 each side is sophisticatedly designed to fit small space, the elegant lines and fine quality craftsmanship comes with 4 drawers if you order Double, Queen, King and Super King. Single and King Single 2 Drawers one on the right or left-hand side and 1 on front. The drawers have full extension metal runners with a push touch mechanism offering handles free, and very easy to open and close. This Storage option allows you to maximise your bedroom space by giving you extra room to create a clean and clutter-free space, keeping your clothes and other knick-knacks out of sight. With a smart and stylish recessed design, this is a stunning timber bed with storage options and is perfect for any bedroom. It can also be matched to other options in the Clempton range including tallboys and drawers, plus it comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

This custom-made timber bed is proudly 100% Australian-made. Smart and stylish, the bed frame is expertly made by local artisans using the best locally sourced materials and Australian timber from sustainable plantations. The base uses thick timber slats and each element of the frame is perfectly joined. There are smooth-sliding metal extension runners in the strong durable drawers that are built into the bed frame.

Our custom-made timber beds are made right here in Sydney, Australia, from sustainable plantations.
Select from our premium wood – Victoria Ash Oak or American Oak, both are Australian hardwoods sourced from Victoria. You can also stick with New Zealand Pine, our standard timber, a great budget -yet a custom- option.
Our bed frames are made from solid timber with your choice of Victoria Ash Oak, American Oak or New Zealand Pine for all edges/borders, legs, side rails, and small footboards.
Large headboards and large foot-ends are made with veneer panels or a mixture of solid timber and veneer.
Slats are solid pine measuring 9cm x 3.5cm.
Single, King Single and Double do not need central support; but can be ordered if you require heavy-duty support.
The Queen size has a centre support underneath the slats.
