We recommend to use fittings such as John Guest type rather than ‘barb’ type fittings. It is recommended that the water is filtered prior to entry to the pump to ensure no particles interfere with the pump operation or compromise the heat exchanger in the IHWS. The heater is designed to produce water with a temperature rise of 37°C above ambient, at a flow rate of 5 litre per minute. Exceeding the flow rate will result in cooler water. If the ambient temperature is very low (i.e., close to freezing), the water in the supply tank will be cold, resulting in the cooler than expected water. NOTE : The installation, commissioning and service must be performed by a licensed gas fitter, service agency, OEM or a gas supplier – If not, the warranty will be voided.
